Abstract:

Cíl absolventské práce je spojit fenomén komunitní práce a sociálního podnikání a pomocí kompilace odborných textů a dalších zdrojů prozkoumat, kde lze využít komunitní práci ve fungování sociálních podniků. Práce vychází z poznatků z odborné literatury, webových stránek Českého sociálního podnikání, zahraniční literatury na téma komunitní práce a sociální podnikání a také odborných a vědeckých časopisů sociální práce a sociální politiky. Práce se snaží poukázat na to, že komunitní práce může skrze své nástroje přinést další možnosti přístupu k sociálnímu podnikání s důrazem na danou komunitu a společně se sociálními podniky přispívá k pozitivnímu vývoji komunity skrze zplnomocňování členů i v ekonomickém směru a využívá k tomu převážně místní zdroje a sociální kapitál. Práce přináší do praxe sociální práce nový pohled na využití komunitní práce v podnikatelské sféře a na sociální podnikání jako pole působnosti sociální práce.

Abstract:

The aim of the graduate thesis is to connect the phenomenon of community work and social entrepreneurship and through the compilation of professional resources and other resources, to explore where community work can be used in the functioning of social enterprises. The work is based on knowledge from professional literature, websites of the Czech Social Entrepreneurship, foreign literature on the topic of community work and social entrepreneurship, as well as professional and scientific journals of social work and social policy. The thesis tries to point out that community work through its tools can bring additional opportunities for access to social entrepreneurship with an emphasis on the community. Community together with social enterprises can bring contributes to the positive development of the community through empowerment and economic use and for this purpose uses mostly local resources and social capital. The work brings a new perspective on the use of community work in the business sphere, and also on the social entrepreneurship as a field of the social work.
