Diplomová práce se zabývá vstupem společnosti Alibaba Group na burzu cenných papírů NYSE, který byl dle objemu získaných finančních prostředků největší v historii. The thesis is dealing with the entry of Alibaba Group on the NYSE stock exchange, the largest one IPO ever according to the volume of the funds. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the success rate of this IPO process, to predict the future development of the market price of the share, and to describe the process of the initial public offering in general.
