Analysis of the Use of Subsidies from the Rural Development Programme in the Jesenik District

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na současný stav využívání dotačních příspěvků z Programu rozvoje venkova, a jejich dopad na území okresu Jeseník. Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení využívání dotací na vybraném území. V rámci řešení byly využity odborné poznatky monografických titulů, explorační statistická analýza, tematická kartografie a kvalitativní výzkum pomocí nestandardizovaných rozhovorů s respondenty soukromého a veřejného sektoru. Na základě zjištěných skutečností bylo možné vymezit hlavní problémy v čerpání dotací na území okresu Jeseník, týkající se náročných kontrol, složité administrativy, technických obtíží webového portálu a jejich konkrétní řešení. V souladu s definovanými problémovými oblastmi byly navrženy tři opatření, které umožňují zlepšení využití dotačních titulů, prostřednictvím MAS, veřejné správy a vhodnějšího výběru výzev.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the current state of use of subsidy contributions from the Rural Development Programme, and their impact on the territory of the Jeseník district. The work aimed to analyze and propose measures to improve the use of subsidies in the selected area. The solution used the expertise of monographic titles, exploratory statistical analysis, thematic cartography, and qualitative research through non-standardized interviews with private and public sector respondents. Based on the findings, it was possible to define the main problems in drawing subsidies in the Jeseník district, related to demanding inspections, complex administration, technical difficulties of the web portal, and their specific solutions. In line with the defined problem areas, three measures have been proposed to improve the use of grant titles, through the LAG, the public administration, and a more appropriate selection of calls.
