Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měření a řízení výkonnosti hospodaření obce Mořkov. Teoretická část diplomové práce je tvořena literární rešerší, zaměřenou na koncepci měření a řízení výkonnosti a efektivity. Vypracována byla finanční analýza hospodaření obce Mořkov a na základě jejích výsledků byl navržen systém měření a řízení výkonnosti obce Mořkov.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of measuring and managing the performance of the Mořkov municipality. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of a literature search focused on the concept of performance measurement and management and efficiency.
