Tato diplomová práce pojednává o vlivu globální finanční krize na vývoj cen nemovitostí v České republice. V teoretické části textu se zaměřím na počátky této krize. Dále zde uvedu důvody vzniku velké cenové bubliny na realitním trhu v ČR. Uvedu zde také několik způsobů, jak zefektivnit výnos z investice do nemovitosti. Nowdays in times of financial global crisis we find the queries of trend in prices of real estates as requested theme. I will try to mention the roots of the crisis in the first part of this thesis and also will point out the reasons of big price bubble on Czech real estate market.
