Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou, mezi příslušníky bezpečnostních sborů a státem jako zaměstnavatelem. Teoretická část popisuje služební zákon, zabývá se vznikem služebního poměru, průběhem a jeho ukončením.
