The Implementation of the CRM System in JABLONEX GROUP, inc. company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice řízení vztahů se zákazníky. Teoretická část práce popisuje podstatu a vývoj CRM. Praktická část analyzuje současný stav řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve společnosti JABLONEX GROUP a.s. Cílem této práce je návrh postupu při implementaci systému CRM.
Abstract:
This bachelor work presents the Customer relationship managment. In the theoretical part, there is described the core of CRM and its development. In the practical part, there is analysed the present state of CRM in the JABLONEX GROUP inc. company. The aim of this work is to suggest a process of implementation of the CRM system.
