Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzdělávací a profesní dráhou pracovníků v sociálních službách. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část vymezuje teoretická východiska z oblasti sociálních služeb, celoživotního učení a dalšího profesního vzdělávání.
