Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem komunitního plánování sociálních služeb ve městě Český Krumlov. Reflektuje nové trendy v sociální práci a zohledňuje možnosti reformy sociálních služeb tak, aby bylo umožněn maximální komunitní rozvoj.
