Tato práce se zameřuje na téma Corporate governance. Začíná definicí pojmů, popisem principů a procedur, které objasňují, jak chránit akcionáře proti zlomyslnému jednání manažerů. This thesis will focus on the theme of corporate governance. Starting with terms, definitions, its principles and procedures which explain how to protect shareholders from malevolent practices of company management (OECD principles of corporate governance).
