The Role of Teacher in the Elementary School Practice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o roli učitele na základní škole praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vzdělávání žáků na základní škole praktické s jejími specifiky, charakterizuje základní školu praktickou, žáky této školy a současně ukazuje specifika v edukačním procesu. Věnuje se roli učitelů a jejich osobnostním kvalitám souvisejícím s výkonem povolání, vztahu učitele a celkového školního klimatu a dále učitele a rodiny, profesní zátěži vyplývající z povolání učitele. Praktická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření provedené kvantitativní metodou a technikou dotazníku. V praktické části je zjišťováno a vyhodnocováno, jak učitelé základních škol praktických vnímají problematiku vzdělávání žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the role of teacher in special primary school. The theoretical part is focused on the education of pupils at the Elementary School Practice with its specifics, characterizes the Elementary School Practice, pupils of the school and at the same time shows the specifics in the educational process. Describes the teachers´ role and their personal qualities associated with professional practice, the relationship between teachers and the overall school climate and teachers and families, professional mental and physical distress resulting from the teacher´s profession. The practical part contains research conducted by a quantitative method and by a questionnaire. In the practical part is surveyed and evaluated how the Elementary School Practice teachers perceive the practical problems of education of pupils with mild mental handicap.
