Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza komunálních voleb v Ostravě v roce 2014. V teoretické části se práce věnuje pojmu obec, komunálním volbám a typologii koalic. V druhé části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky komunálních voleb v Ostravě během let 1994-2010.
