A child with autism spectrum disorder and the specifics of his education in kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku edukace dětí s poruchou autistického spektra v předškolním vzdělávání. V první kapitole popisuji poruchy autistického spektra, charakteristické projevy a diagnostikování. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na ranou péči, poradenství a na předškolní péči. Dále se zde zabývám metodikou strukturovaného učení. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je edukace dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v mateřských školách. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje cíl výzkumné práce, dvě případové studie a vlastní šetření. Hlavním cílem výzkumné práce bylo analyzovat speciálně pedagogické intervence u dětí s PAS v běžné mateřské škole a v mateřské škole speciální, kde se v edukačním procesu zaměřují především na metodu strukturovaného učení. Vedlejšími cíli výzkumného šetření bylo analyzovat podmínky pro edukaci dětí s PAS v předškolním zařízení. Dále pak analyzovat vzdělanost a informovanost pedagogických pracovníků v oblasti PAS, analyzovat využití pedagogických metod a přístupů v edukačním procesu a zhodnotit vhodnost zařazení dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra do předškolního zařízení.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of children with autistic spectrum disorders in preschool education. In the first charter I describe autistic spectrum disorders, characteristic symptoms and diagnosis. In the second chapter I focus on early intervention, counseling and pre-school care. Further I focus on structured learning methodology. The third chapter contains subject of the education of children with special educational needs in kindergartens. The fourth chapter provides objective research, studies of two cases and their own investigations. The main objective of the research work was to analyze the special education intervention for children with ASD in regular kindergarten and special pre-school institutions, where they primarily focus on the method of structured learning in the educational process. Secondary objective of the research was to analyze the conditions for the education of children with ASD in preschool institution, then analyze the education and awareness of educating staff in ASD, analyze the use of pedagogical methods and approaches in the educational process and to evaluate the appropriateness of including children with autistic spectrum disorders in preschool facilities.
