Práce se zabývá analýzou české právní úpravy související s poplatky za vypouštění odpadních vod. Tato analýza vychází z praktických zkušeností při vyměřování poplatků. Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol. Úvodní část se zabývá související českou právní úpravou, vymezením základních pojmů a poplatkům jako ekonomickým nástrojům. Abstract:
The thesis concentrates on the analysis of the Czech legal amendment related to wastewater discharge fees. The analysis is based on the hands-on experience from fees assessment. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The introductory part deals with the related Czech legal regulation, determination of basic terms and fees as economic instruments.
