Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá kariérním růstem. Nejdříve nastíní základní poznatky z historie personálního řízení. Následně objasňuje pojem kariéra. Další kapitoly se zaměřují na rozdělení a formy kariéry. Praktická část obsahuje dva rozhovory. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat kariérní vývoj jedince, a to od počátku kariéry po odchod do důchodu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with career growth. At first, the thesis outlines a basic knowledge of the history of human resource management. After that clarifies the concept of career. Next chapters focus on division and forms of career. The practical part contains two interviews. The main goal of the thesis is describe the career development of individual, from the beginning of his career to retirement.
