Táto práca si kladie za cieľ zlepšiť užívateľskú prívetivosť vnútropodnikového CRM systému, pričom prioritou pri návrhu nového užívateľského rozhrania je spokojnosť užívateľov. Na tento fakt pôvodný návrh systému nebral ohľad a užívatelia si naň nevedeli zvyknúť, pretože bol vzdialený od ich potrieb.
