Analysis of unemployment in Melnik region

Abstract:

Ve své práci se zabývám nezaměstnaností v okrese Mělník, jedná se o analýzu vývoje nezaměstnanosti v tomto okrese v období let 2005 až 2009. Cílem práce je analýza problematiky nezaměstnanosti v tomto regionu vymezení podmínek, které vedou ke snížení nezaměstnanosti. Ve své práci analyzuji statistická data o nezaměstnaných v okrese Mělník období let 2005 až 2009 dle několika kritérií, a to z hlediska celkového vývoje počtu nezaměstnaných, počtu klientů přicházejících a odcházejících z evidence úřadu práce, dále dle jejich dosaženého vzdělání, věku, délky evidence, klasifikace zaměstnání. V každé této skupině zkoumám celkový vývoj nezaměstnanosti v daném období a dále zastoupení mužů a žen v daném roce v jednotlivých skupinách. Dále se ve své práci zabývám vývojem volných pracovních míst v daném období v tomto regionu a možnostmi, které úřad práce má k dispozici, a které mohou nezaměstnaným pomoci

Abstract:

In my work we deal with unemployment in the district of Melnik, this is the analysis of unemployment in the district in the period 2005 to 2009. The aim of work is to analyze the problem of unemployment in the region define the conditions that lead to a reduction in unemployment. In my work I analyze statistical data on the unemployed in the district of Melnik period from 2005 to 2009 according to several criteria, in terms of the overall development of the unemployed, the number of customers coming and leaving from the records office work, as well as by educational attainment, age, length of registration, Classification of Occupations. In each of these groups investigate the overall evolution of unemployment in the period and the representation of men and women in a given year in each group. Furthermore, in thein work deal with the development of vacancies in the period in the region and the possibilities that the office work available and that can help the unemployed
