The right to information with a focus on security
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku práva na informace a jejich bezpečnost, s důrazem na kybernetickou bezpečnost. První část definuje základní pojmy, jako je právo, informace a bezpečnost, a zkoumá jejich vztah. Druhá část analyzuje kyberprostor a strategie zabezpečení informací v něm. Závěrečná část se věnuje rizikům spojeným s odcizením informací a metodám ochrany osobních údajů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of the right to information and its security, with an emphasis on cybersecurity. The first section defines fundamental concepts such as rights, information, and security, and explores their interrelation.
