Práce se zabývá právními aspekty oceňování podniku v konkurzu. Úvodní část je věnována analýze současného stavu zákona o znalcích a tlumočnících a názorům na podobu jeho budoucí novely. This thesis deals with the legal aspects of business valuation in bankruptcy. Introductory part is devoted to analyzing the current state of the existing law Act about experts and interpreters, and speaking against the image of its future amendments.
