Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plavání dětí v předškolním věku a jeho vlivem na dětské zdraví. V teoretické části je rozebrán vliv na psychické i fyzické zdraví dětí včetně otužování, ochrany před utonutím a dalších pozitivních vlivů. This bachelor thesis is focused on babyswimming and the impact it has on childrens´ health. The theoretical part is based on literature and my own experience. The impact of babyswimming on both mental and physical health is described here as well as the hardening process, drowning awareness etc. The practical part is based on collecting and valuating data from answersheets.
