Usage of knowledge management in improvement of efectivity of operational crew control in CSA a.s.

Abstract:

V diplomové práci, která je tvořena třemi částmi, jsem se zaměřil na využití znalostního managementu v praxi. V teoretické části práce popisuji prostřednictvím citací z odborné literatury pojetí znalostního managementu a jeho vývoj, explicitní a tacitní znalosti, procesy zavádění znalostního managementu a seznamuji s pojmy znalostní pracovník a učící se organizace. V aplikační části diplomové práce se zaměřuji na využití znalostního managementu v praxi konkrétního podniku. Popisuji proces restrukturalizace ve firmě, které jsem autorem, informační systémy a přenos informací na pracovišti. Zabývám se systémem hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků a možnostmi rozvoje a prohlubování znalostí. Cílem práce je zhodnotit popsanou restrukturalizaci z pohledu znalostního managementu, upozornit na případné nedostatky a uvést možnosti dalšího pokračování této započaté restrukturalizace. Potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézy uvedené v aplikační části práce.

Abstract:

In my theses I have focused on utilisation of knowledge management in practice. In the theoretical part of the work I describe with a usage of quotations from professional literature concept of knowledge management and its progress, explicit and tacit knowledge, processes of implementing knowledge management. Further I deal with terms knowledge worker and learning company. In the application part of my theses I have focused on usage of knowledge management in practice of particular company. I describe the process of reconstitution in the company, information systems and information transfer on workplace. Further I present evaluation and wage system of employees and possibilities of development and deepening of knowledge. The goal of the theses is to evaluate described reconstitution from the perspective of knowledge management, to point out eventual imperfections and specify possibilities of further proceeding of this initiated reconstitution. To confirm or disprove the hypotheses presented in the application part of the work.
