Company strategic analysis

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí strategické analýzy a strategického plánování. Cílem práce je posouzení současné situace podniku na základě provedení externí a interní analýzy prostředí a následné navržení doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj organizace. Teoretická část práce je věnována jednotlivým metodám a základním pojmům používaným pro tvorbu strategické analýzy. Cílem praktické části je aplikace teoretických poznatků na reálný podnik. Dosažené výsledky jsou shrnuty v rámci SWOT analýzy a vyhodnoceny pomocí IFE a EFE matic. Na jejich základě jsou formulovány strategické návrhy.

Abstract:

The focus of this thesis is strategic analysis and strategic planning. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current situation of the company based on external and internal analysis of the environment and then propose recommendation for future development of the firm. The theoretical part is devoted to methods and basic concepts used for the formation strategy. In the practical part theoretical knowledge is applicated to a real case. The results are summarized in the SWOT analysis and evaluated by using IFE a EFE matrices. Based on the findings, strategic proposals are formulated.
