Práce se zabývá sociální a technickou infrastrukturou regionu Pardubicka. Je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. V první části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a právní úprava. The bachelor thesis treats with social and technical infrastructure of Pardubice region. It is split into 4 main parts. First part contains basic terms and legal form. Analisis of current state with social-economic profile of region follow in next part. Third part is focused on problems and demands related to current region´s infrastructure.
