Postavení sociálního pracovníka v dětském domově

The position of a social worker in a Children's Home
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ústavní výchovou, typy ústavní výchovy a zejména dětskými domovy a klíčovou rolí sociálního pracovníka v takovém zařízení. Cílem práce je zjistit postavení sociálního pracovníka v domově, identifikovat tak jeho kompetence, popsat komunikaci sociálního pracovníka s různými institucemi, zaměřit se na navázání vztahu sociálního pracovníka s dítětem.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with institucional care, types of institucional care, especially children's homes and the key rol of social worker in this type of institucional care. The aim of this work is to find out position social worker in children's home, identify his competences, describe communication with variol institucions, focus on relationship between social worker and children.
