Práce je věnována identifikaci nitrosloučenin vzniklých po výbuchu armádní protiletadlové zbroje obsahující trinitrotoluen vysokoúčinnou kapalinovou chromatografií v systému s obrácenými fázemi. Zabývá se optimalizací podmínek separace pro přesné a rychlé stanovení povýbuchových zplodin. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the identification of nitro compounds formed after the explosion of armored antiaircraft charge containing trinitrotoluene by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The thesis is focused on the optimization of the separation conditions for fast determination of the explosion products.
