Structure of the karyotype of three species in ermine moths (Yponomeuta: Yponomeutidae, Lepidoptera) was investigated by means of several cytogenetic methods (DAPI staining, orcein staining, CGH and GISH with telomeric probe) focusing on their sex chromosomes.
