Bakalářská práce ukazuje, jak je možno systémově přistoupit k zavádění a rozvoji procesů, které souhrnně vytvářejí v organizaci podmínky splňující kritéria „učící se organizace“. První, spíše teoretická část, je věnována definicím a výkladu termínu učící se organizace. Autor zde vychází z dnes již klasického pohledu M. This work shows the possible system access to loading and development suits which in organization collectively create satisfactory conditions of learning organization.
