Regeneration of brownfields funded from the Nemovitosti 2014-2020 programme

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza programu Nemovitosti 2014–2020. Z této analýzy vyplývá hlavní cíl práce zhodnotit vliv programu Nemovitosti na zanedbané nemovitosti. První kapitola představuje úvodní vhled do problémové oblasti. Zabývá se pojmem brownfield, klasifikací a procesem regenerace brownfieldů. Druhá kapitola se týká pojmu program v souvislosti s jeho hodnocením, nástroji a indikátory k tomu určenými. V úvodu třetí části je popisována metodika práce. Dále následuje základní přehled brownfieldů v ČR. Čtvrtá část se zabývá přehledem institucí a orgánů programové podpory. Je blíže představen program Nemovitosti a součástí je i samotná analýza založená na zpracování dat z API. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na okres Brno – venkov vč. tří případových studií projektů financovaných z programu.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is to analyse the Nemovitosti 2014 – 2020 Programme. This analysis represents the basic for the main goal of the diploma thesis – to evaluate the influence of the Nemovitosti Programme on the brownfields. The first chapter represent introducing into the problem area. It involves the term brownfield, its classification, and the process of brownfield regeneration. The second chapter presents the term programme in relation with its evaluation, tools, and indicators. In the beginning of the third part, the methodology of the diploma thesis is being described. It is followed by the basic overview of the actual state of brownfields in the Czech Republic. The fourth part presents the overview of institution and organs of programme support. The Nemovitosti Programme is being introduced more closely including the whole analysis of the programme based on data by Business and Innovation Agency (API). The last part focuses on the Brno – venkov district, including three case studies of the projects funded from the Nemovitosti programme.
