Abstract:
Předkládaná práce se zabývá analýzou článku 4 Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Cílem analýzy je nalezení hranice unifikované úpravy a národních právních řádů prostřednictvím článku 4 Úmluvy, nalezení vnitřních vazeb článku 4 na ostatní ustanovení Úmluvy a jejich vzájemné vztahy. Abstract:
The submitted diploma thesis deals with the article 4 of the Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods(CISG). It seeks to draw the borderline between the unified sales law and national legal orders via defining the scope of the article 4 of the CISG.
