A Project to Improve Internal Communication during the Implementation of Changes in a Selected Department of a Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem práce je za pomoci správně aplikovaných analýz, analýzy navrhnout pro konkrétní oddělení vhodný projekt zlepšení interní komunikace při zavádění změn. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní problematiku interní komunikace v organizacích a aplikaci změn. V praktické části je nejprve popsána samotná organizace a zkoumané oddělení. Následuje analýza zkoumající současný stav interní komunikace na vybraném oddělení. Pro analýzu bylo použito dotazníkové šetření, rozhovory a Focus Group. Na základě výsledků je sestaven projekt vedoucí ke zlepšení interní komunikace při implementaci změn, jehož součástí je návrh aktivit, nákladová analýza a analýza přínosů a rizik. Cílem projektu je zlepšit interní komunikaci při zavádění změn na vybraném oddělení a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu interní komunikace při zavádění změn.

Abstract:

With the help of properly applied analysis, the aim of this work is to propose a suitable project for improving internal communication during the implementation of changes for the specific department. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental problematic of internal communication and changes implementation in organizations. In the practical part, the company and the selected department are first described. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of internal communication in the selected department. Questionnaires, individual interviews and focus groups were used for the analysis. By the end of the practical part is developing a project to improve internal communication during the implementation of changes. Based on the results is establish the project includes an activities proposal, cost analysis, and benefit and risk analysis.
