Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá transformací části vybraného pobytového zařízení pro osoby se zdravotním postižením na chráněné bydlení. Cílem této práce je odpovědět na otázku: Jaká očekávání ze strany zřizovatele a pracovníků jsou spojována s procesem transformace vybraného pobytového zařízení pro osoby se zdravotním postižením na chráněné bydlení? Teoretická část diplomové práce se opírá o odbornou literaturu a popisuje osoby s mentálním postižení, využívané modely sociální práce pro tuto cílovou skupinu, trendy v sociálních službách pro osoby s mentálním postižením a konečně očekávání zaměstnanců. Metodologická část diplomové práce zdůvodňuje výběr kvalitativní výzkumné strategie a použité techniky sběru dat. Poslední, analytická část obsahuje získaná data a jejich interpretaci. A v závěru je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the Transformation of residential home for people with health disability to sheltered housing. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to answer the question: What are the founder´s and worker´s expectation with transformation of residential home for people with health disability to sheltered housing? The theoretical part of diploma thesis is reflected the background of expert literature and describes people with mental disability, models of social-work for this target group, tendency in social services for people with mental disability and finaly expectation employees. The methodoligical part of this diploma thesis gives reasons for the choise of the qualitative strategy of investigation and techniques of data collecting. The last analytic part contains collected data and their interpretation. And in the end research question is answered.
