Tradiční nahlížení autorského filmu skrze život a postoje režiséra tato práce konfrontuje s uměle vykonstruovanou, léta kultivovanou a veřejně prezentovanou režijní osobností von Triera, která jde ruku v ruce s obsahem i stylem jeho filmů a v analyzovaném díle Jack staví dům kulminuje. This diploma thesis analyses A House That Jack Built (2018), a film by Lars von Trier. It confronts a traditional interpretation of auter's film through life and attitude of a director with Lars von Trier's artificially constructed, cultivated and publicly presented persona, which walks hand in hand with his films' style and form and culminates in A House That Jack Built.
