Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá informačními a komunikačními technologiemi ve firemním vzdělávání. Cílem práce je analyzovat procesy související s realizací firemního vzdělávání s využitím informačních a komunikačních technologií, zhodnotit využití ICT v procesu firemního vzdělávání. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnému popisu tohoto tématu. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění využití ICT v procesu firemního vzdělávání. Objektem zkoumání jsou osoby, které pracují na pozicích v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Na základě výsledku získaných z kvantitativního výzkumu je konstatováno, že informační a komunikační technologie jsou více aplikovány ve firemním vzdělávání velkých firem než malých a středních firem, ale aktivně se projevující úroveň zájmu o ICT ve firemním vzdělávání není ovlivněna velikostí firmy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with information and communication technologies in corporate training. The aim is to analyze the processes associated with the implementation of corporate training using the information and communication technologies, to assess the use of ICT in the process of corporate training. The theoretical part is devoted to a general description of the topic. The practical part focuses on the use of ICT in the process of corporate training. The research studies persons who work in human resources management positions. Based on the results obtained from the research, itis concluded that the information and communication technologies are more frequently applied in corporate training of major companies than in small and medium-size firms, but actively shown level of interest in ICT in corporate training is not affected by the size of the company.
