Multicriteria decision making in selecting employees
Abstract:
Cílem práce je výběr jednotlivce či skupiny zaměstnanců pomocí metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Nejprve nastíníme problematiku personalistiky a zaměříme se konkrétně na získávání, výběr a přijímání zaměstnanců. Následně přejdeme na teorii rozhodování, test nedominovanosti a výpočet Saatyho vah. The aim of the work is the selection of individuals or groups of employees using the methods multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. First outline the issue of human resources and focusing specifically on the acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees.
