Psychosocial rehabilitation in people with mental illness in the context of the CARe method

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na psychosociální rehabilitaci u osob s duševním onemocněním v kontextu metody CARe. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezena teoretická, empirická, metodologická východiska diplomové práce. V této části je objasněn vývoj a procesy psychosociální rehabilitace u osob s duševním onemocněním v kontextu komplexní péče. Jsou zde popsány principy, fáze a vývoj metody CARe, systém osobní podpory a komunitní podpory, stigmatizace duševního onemocnění a transformace psychiatrické péče a důležitost multidisciplinárního týmu v psychosociální rehabilitaci. V praktické části jsou zkoumány možnosti využití metody CARe a možnosti zlepšení sociálních a praktických dovedností u osob s duševním onemocněním hospitalizovaných v psychiatrické nemocnici a následné začlenění těchto osob zpět do jejich přirozeného prostředí. Cílem celé práce je zjistit průběh psychosociální rehabilitace s využitím metody CARe v praxi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on psychosocial rehabilitation in people with menta lillness in the kontext of the CARe method. The theoretical part o fthe thesis isdefined to theoretical, empirical, methodological basis of the diploma thesis. This section explains the development and processes of psychosocial rehabilitation in people with mental illness in the kontext of comprehensive care. It describes the principles there, phases and development of the CARe method, the systém of personal support and community support, stigmatization of mental illness and transformation of psychiatric care and thein portance of a multidisciplinary team in psychosocial rehabilitation. The practical part examines the possibiliti esofusing the CARe method and the posibility of improving social and practical skills in people with mental illness hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital and a sub sequent integration of these people back in to their natural environment. The aimoft hew hole workis to findout the course of psychosocial rehabilitation using the CARe method in practice.
