Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce s názvem ?Syndrom vyhoření u policistů ve Frýdku-Místku? je zaměřena na zjištění míry postižení syndromem vyhoření u policistů v přímém výkonu služby v závislosti na jejich pozitivitě, potažmo psychické odolnosti. Dále je provedeno porovnání míry postižení syndromem vyhoření u mužů a žen, porovnání míry postižení podle věku policistů, počtu odsloužených let, dosaženého vzdělání a rodinného stavu. První čtyři kapitoly jsou věnovány teoretické části diplomové práce. V první kapitole je vysvětlena problematika syndromu vyhoření, jeho historie, příčiny jeho vzniku, jeho fáze, příznaky a faktory. Druhá kapitola popisuje psychickou odolnost jako rys osobnosti a jako proces, dále popisuje moderátory psychické zátěže a termín ?Sence of Coherence?. Třetí kapitola se věnuje Policii ČR, jejím vznikem, reformou PČR, organizací a řízením a je zde uvedena podkapitola věnována psychologické pomoci pro příslušníky PČR a občanské zaměstnance. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Poslední dvě kapitoly se věnují praktické části diplomové práce. V páté kapitole je popsán výzkum, výzkumné otázky, metody zpracování dat a charakteristika výzkumného vzorku. V šesté kapitole jsou pak získaná data vyhodnocena.

Abstract:

This thesis titled "The burnout syndrom of the policemen in Frýdek-Místek" focuses on the degree of the inflicted by the burnout syndrom among the front-line policemen in dependence on their positivity and their mental resistance. Furthermore, there is carried out a comparison of the degree of infliction of the burnout syndrom among men and women, comparison of the infliction by the age of the policemen, number of years served, educational attainment and marital status. The first four chapters are devoted to the theoretical part of the thesis. The first chapter explains the issue of the burnout syndrom, its history, its causes, its stages, symptoms and factors. The second chapter describes the mental endurance as a personality trait and as a process. Futhermore, it describes the moderators of the mental endurance and the term "Sense of Coherence". The third chapter is devoted to the Police of the Czech Republic, its origin, the reform of the PČR, organization and management. Also, there is a part of this chapter directed to the psychological help for PČR members and civilian employees. The fourth chapter is devoted to the prevention of the burnout syndrom. The last two chapters are devoted to the practical part of the thesis. The fifth chapter describes the research, research questions, methods of the data processing and the characteristics of the researched sample. The data are evaluated then in the sixth chapter.
