Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vymezit nejvýznamnější pojmy a předpisy vztahující se k nakládání s nemovitým majetkem státu. Stěžejní část práce představuje rozbor vybraných způsobů nakládání s nemovitým státním majetkem, zejména těch, jimiž je zajišťováno hospodárné nakládání s nemovitostmi.
