Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Možnosti zneužívání sociálních transferů (plateb) obyvatelstvu v ČR a jejich řešení je především poukázat na oblasti možného zneužití systému sociálního zabezpečení. První část stručně popisuje systém samotný, v dělění na oblast sociálního pojištění, státní sociální podpory a sociální pomoci. V dalších kapitolách jsou definovány slabé stránky jednotlivých sfér systému. Pozornost je věnována zejména problematice zneužívání dávek poskytovaných ze systému sociálního pojištění, ale i státní sociální podpory.

Abstract:

The goal of the master degree thesis The possibilities of exploitation of the social security payments in the Czech Republic and its potential solutions is to refer to areas where the social security system can be violated. The first part briefly describes the system itself and is divided into sphere of social insurance, state social support and social aid. The next chapters highlihgt and define the weak spots in particular domains of the system. It predominantly focuses on the exploitations of the allowances provided by the system of the state social insurance, but also examines the same problem in the sphere of the state social support.
