Ve své bakalářské práci bych chtěla čtenáře seznámit s problematikou ztíženého pracovního prostředí a příplatků, které jsou zaměstnavateli poskytovány zaměstnancům za práci v tomto prostředí. In my thesis I would like to acquaint the readers with the issue of the difficult work environment and the extra pay which is provided by employers to employees for work in such environment. By writing this work, I would like to contribute to the clarification of this issue. Many employers are in doubt how much and whether they can provide this extra pay to their employees.
