Abstract:

Název: Porovnání Úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a Charty základních práv Evropské unie. Budoucnost ochrany lidských práv v Evropské unii. Metoda: Bakalářská práce bude založena na komparaci Úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a Charty základních práv Evropské unie a srovnání systémů ochrany lidských práv v rámci Rady Evropy a Evropské unie. Postup: Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat Úmluvou o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a Chartou základních práv Evropské unie a tím, jaký mají význam pro ochranu lidských práv v Evropě.Bude charakterizovat oba dokumenty, přičemž zejména porovná Úmluvu o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod s Chartou základních práv Evropské unie. Bude se věnovat významu zmíněných dokumentů pro dodržování lidských práv a základních svobod. Zaměří se rovněž na možné varianty vývoje s ohledem na potenciální přistoupení Evropské unie ke "štrasburskému mechanismu". Cíl: Cílem práce je porovnat Úmluvu o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a Chartu základních práv Evropské unie a vyvodit, jaký význam mají tyto dokumenty v oblasti ochrany lidských práv a základních svobod v Evropě, a též posoudit, jaký význam bude mít Charta základních práv Evropské unie v budoucnu.

Title: The Comparison of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union. The Future of the Protection of Human Rights in the European Union. Method: Diploma work is concentrated on the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union. It will also describe the importance of this documents for the protection of human rights in Europe. Diploma work characterize both documents. Especially it compares the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union. Diploma work targets the possible variants of future development in relation to potential accession of the European union to the "strasbourg mechanism". the Convention for the Aim of the diploma work: The aim is to compare the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union and to measure the significance of the Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union in future.
