Diplomová práce je zaměřená na téma motivace sester pracujících na oddělení intenzivní medicíny. Práce je rozdělena na dva celky. V teoretické části je nastíněna problematika motivace a pracovní motivace. Abstract:
This diploma thesis studies the motivation behind the work of intensive care nurses. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the subject of motivation and its occupational aspects. The practical part evaluates the data acquired through questionnaires and attempts to find out both motivational and discouraging factors affecting the work of intensive care nurses.
