Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kompetenčním profilem pozice asistent Food&Beverage manažera v hotelu Clarion Congress hotel Prague. V práci jsou shrnuty kompetence pracovníka na F&B střediscích hotelu. Kompetence asistenta F&B manažera jsou poté porovnány s kompetencemi F&B manažera hotelu. Abstract:
This Diploma Thesis deals with the competency profile of asistent of F&B manager at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. In this work there is a summary of competence at F&B department. Competency of asistent of F&B are compared with competency of F&B manager of hotel. Component of this work is a questionnare focused on competency should have a worker at this position.
