Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podmíněného odsouzení k trestu odnětí svobody. V úvodu práce je rozebrána podstata trestních sankcí v jejich obecném smyslu. The thesis deals with the issue of conditional imprisonment sentence. In the introduction of the thesis is an analysis regarding the essence of imposing sentence in its general sense. The next part pursues prison sentence as universal sentence.
