Abstract:
tato práce se zabývá problematikou sexuálních deviací a sexuálních deliktů jak z pohledu psychologie a psychiatri, tak i práva.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with sexual deviancy and sexual offences and relations between them. Author of this document proposed to analyse and explain problems of sexual behaviour, sexual motivation and sexual deviancy, next police statistics about sexual offences could be elaborated. Base on obtained information author tried to evaluate actual legal regulations in the area of sexually motivated offences.
