Abstract:

Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně. 2020.Bakalářská práce se zabývá formulací rizik, nákladů a případných výnosů společ-ností, které vedou účetní, právní a daňové poradenství v souvislosti s Obecným nařízením o ochraně osobních údajů (nebo také GDPR – General data protection regulation), které se týká fyzických osob. Nejdříve práce obsahuje teoretickou část z oblasti ochrany osobních údajů, nákladů, rizik a výnosů. Samotná práce obsahu-je mimo konkrétní náklady, výnosy a rizika také informace získané na základě do-tazníkového šetření. Jedná se o ošetření implementace tohoto nařízení do postu-pů a předpisů jednotlivých společností, vyčíslení nákladů, zhodnocení rizik nebo očekávání výnosů. Jedná se o nastavení ochrany osobních údajů především v souvislosti s využíváním bankovních služeb a produktů, tak i vnitropodnikových směrnic jednotlivých společností. Na konci práce jsou formulována manažerská doporučení pro implementaci tohoto závazného nařízení.

Brno: Mendel University. 2020.The bachelor's thesis deals with the formulation of risks, costs and potential re-venues of companies that provide accounting, legal and tax advice in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to individuals. First, the work contains a theoretical part in the field of personal data protection, costs, risks and benefits. In addition to the specific costs, benefits and risks, the work itself also contains information obtained on the basis of a questionnaire survey. This involves treating the implementation of this regulation into the pro-cedures and regulations of individual companies, quantifying costs, assessing risks or expecting returns. This is a setting of personal data protection, especially in connection with the use of banking services and products, as well as internal company guidelines. At the end of the work, managerial recommendations for the implementation of this binding regulation are formulated.
