Selected Aspects of Illegal Waste Disposal
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o skládkách odpadů a provádění výkupu odpadů. Hlavní část práce je věnována nepovoleným skládkám odpadů a porušování zákona při výkupu odpadů, zejména kovových, s uvedením příkladů z praxe. V práci je rovněž zhodnocena dostatečnost stávající právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with waste disposal – landfills and waste purchase. The main aim is to discuss illegal landfills and law breaking at waste purchase, especially at metal ones. Examples from practice are mentioned. Existing legal regulations are described and their efficiency evaluated.
