Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá public relations s cílem analyzovat public relations hokejového týmu Sparta Praha se zaměřením na fanoušky. V teoretické části jsou definovaná public relations, dále je popsána historie, východiska public relations jako veřejné mínění, image a corporate identity, následně interní a externí public relations, public relations jako součást marketingového mixu, používané nástroje a na závěr jsou popsána public relations v oblasti sportu.V praktické části je nejprve představen hokejový tým Sparta Praha a poté následuje analýza používaných nástrojů public relations se zaměřením na fanoušky, součástí je dotazníkové šetřenía rozhovor. Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with public relations with the aim of analyzing the public relations of the Sparta Prague hockey team with a focus on the fans. The theoretical part defines public relations, then describes the history, background of public relations as public opinion, image and corporate identity, then internal and external public relations, public relations as part of the marketing mix, the tools used and finally public relations in the field of sport are described.In the practical part, the Sparta Prague hockey team is first introduced, followed by an analysis of the public relations tools used with a focus on fans, including a questionnaire survey and interview. Finally, recommendations for improvement are given.
