Sources of financing of small and medium sized enterprises

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdroji financování malých a středních podniků. Hlavním cílem je návrh alternativy financování podnikatelské činnosti. První část bakalářské práce obecně definuje pojem podnik. Dále vymezuje malé a střední podnikání, popisuje jeho výhody a nevýhody a následně se věnuje jeho podpoře. V druhé části se téma bakalářské práce věnuje zdrojům financování, které jsou zpravidla složeny z interních a externích zdrojů. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá zdroji financování v reálné firmě GIGA, s.r.o., přičemž na konci této práce je navržena vhodná alternativa financování podnikatelské činnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with sources of financing small and medium-sized enterprises. The main goal of bachelor thesis is to propose an alternative method business financing. The first part of this thesis defines the term enterprises. This part is also focused on the small and medium-sized enterprises and describes their advantages and disadvatages, subsidy options follow. The second part is related to the particular financial sources which are composed of internal and external resources. The practical part describes sources of financing of a limited liability company GIGA s.r.o., the work is completed by a proposal of an alternative way of financing business activities of this company.
