The quality of the posture in the primary school pupils

Abstract:

Úroveň držení těla u žáků 2. stupně základních škol Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat stav tvaru páteře u žáků 6. a 7. tříd základní školy ve městě a na venkově. Dílčími cíli bylo porovnání zjištěných hodnot stavu páteře žáků ve městě se zjištěnými hodnotami stavu páteře žáků na vesnici. Druhým dílčím cílem bylo zjištění výšky a váhy žáků pro výpočet body mass indexu žáků a porovnání zjištěných hodnot skupin. Následně byl zjišťován a porovnán čas strávený pohybovou aktivitou žáků ve městě a žáků na venkově. Teoretická část se zabývala základními pojmy a problematikou, která je spojená s optimálním i vadným držením těla. Praktická část se věnuje cílům, hypotézami, metodikou a následným výzkumem. Z výsledků vyplývá, že mezi skupinou žáků z města a skupinou žáků z venkova byl nalezen významný rozdíl mezi stavbou postury. Při porovnávání body mass indexu byl také nalezen významný rozdíl. Skupina z venkova měla vyšší body mass index. Při porovnávání času stráveného pohybovou aktivitou, nebyl nalezen u skupin významný rozdíl, pouze u střední pohybové aktivity.

Abstract:

The quality of the posture in the primary school pupils The aim of the master’s thesis is to analyze the state of the shape of the spine of students going to 6th and 7th year of primary school in the city and in the village. Partial goal is to compare the observed values of state of the spine of students in the city with the identified values of state of spine of students in the country. Furthermore, we investigated student’s height and weight to calculate a body mass index of students. Then we compared the values observed at a group of students from the city with group of students from countryside. Further we compared the time which students in the city and students in the country spent by performing physical activity.
