Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá propojením konceptů Balanced Scorecard a EVA a jejich implementací ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část rozebírá vývoj a využití klasických i moderních ukazatelů výkonnosti. Věnuje se strategii a strategickému řízení, jako základu pro řízení celého podniku. A v neposlední řadě rozebírá výhody a nevýhody konceptů Balanced Scorecard a EVA. V praktické části byla provedena strategická analýza a definovány klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti. Na tomto základě byl vyhotoven návrh implementace propojeného modelu EVA + Balanced Scorecard. Na závěr byly zhodnoceny přínosy a rizika implementace pro podnik.

Abstract:

The Diploma Thesis focuses on the interconnection of Balanced Scorecard and EVA and their implementation in a chosen company. The theoretical part analyses the development and use of traditional and modern indicators of productivity. It draws attention to strategy and strategic management, which are crucial for the company's management and control. Last but not least, the theoretical part of the work examines the pros and cons of the Balanced Scorecard and EVA. The strategic analysis and definition of key performance indicators were carried out in the practical part of the work. Based on this, a proposal of implementation of the interconnected model EVA and Balanced Scorecard was designed. Finally, the company's benefits and risks of the implementation were evaluated.
